30-Day Returns
Our return policy has a validity period of 30 days. if more than 30 days have passed since the product was delivered, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
Return conditions:

Product Quality Problem: If the product you received has quality problems, manufacturing defects or transportation damage, please contact us within 48 hours after signing the receipt and provide relevant pictures and description of the problem so that we can assist in solving the problem in time.

Wrong shipment: If we have shipped the wrong product or provided the wrong specification, please contact us within 14 days after you receive the product, and we will provide you with a full refund or replace the correct product.

Unsuitable for use: If the product is not what you expected or you are unexpectedly dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will assist you to return the product for a full refund or replacement according to the actual situation.
Return process:
- Please contact our customer service team (service@zipong.com) promptly after discovering the problem and provide order information, photos and a description of the problem.
- After the customer service team confirms your eligibility for return, we will guide you through the return operation and provide you with the return address and shipping method.
- To ensure the integrity of the returned product, please make sure to keep the original packaging and pack the returned product properly.
- Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process your refund or exchange request as soon as possible.
Refund Methods:
If your return meets the return conditions, we will refund your purchase amount via the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
Refund arrival times may vary depending on bank processing speed, so please be patient.
Returning a product without a receipt
In most cases, a receipt can be retrieved using the original credit card, checking account number, or phone number. For returns without a valid receipt, Zipong may, at its sole discretion, issue an in-store credit for the current selling price of the item.
Zipong requires a valid photo ID (state driver's license, state ID card, or military ID card) to return merchandise without a valid proof of purchase.Zipong uses and checks a verification system. ID information or phone numbers may be entered into these systems when authorized by law. All returns are subject to approval by the system.Zipong reserves the right to refuse and limit the number of returns allowed without a valid receipt.

Returned products must be unused and in good condition, otherwise we may not be able to process the return request.

Gift Cards
Lost or stolen Lowe's Gift Cards can only be reissued for a replacement balance by presenting the original receipt.
APO/FPO
Army Post Office and Fleet Post Office shipping addresses do not qualify for free pickup.

These remedies are your exclusive remedies. All other remedies are hereby excluded. All warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly excluded.
