Our return policy has a validity period of 30 days. if more than 30 days have passed since the product was delivered, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

Returning a product without a receipt
In most cases, a receipt can be retrieved using the original credit card, checking account number, or phone number. For returns without a valid receipt, Zipong may, at its sole discretion, issue an in-store credit for the current selling price of the item.
Zipong requires a valid photo ID (state driver's license, state ID card, or military ID card) to return merchandise without a valid proof of purchase.Zipong uses and checks a verification system. ID information or phone numbers may be entered into these systems when authorized by law. All returns are subject to approval by the system.Zipong reserves the right to refuse and limit the number of returns allowed without a valid receipt.

Lost or stolen Lowe's Gift Cards can only be reissued for a replacement balance by presenting the original receipt.
APO/FPO
Army Post Office and Fleet Post Office shipping addresses do not qualify for free pickup.
