Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options.

1. What is your shipping method?

 - The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

 - Shipping Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

 - Processing Time: 1-3 business days (All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for Order verification, quality check, and packaging.)

PS: Some item support 48 hours delivery will be displayed on the details page

2. What countries do you ship to?

 - Currently, we only ship to the US.

Notes:
1) Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

2) Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the continental United States.Overseas territories are excluded. Delivery to the following states is not supported: PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP.

3) Shipping Time does not include 1-3 business day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

4) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.(Please fill in the accurate delivery address)

5) Possible tariffs and other possible related costs are borne by the customers.

6) We're improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so processing orders may be delayed.

7) Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

3. ABOUT TAX

We do not impose sales tax. However, it's crucial to understand that upon the package's arrival in the designated country or region, local customs authorities might impose import duties or taxes. In the event of such charges, if applicable, these expenses must be covered by the customers. Customers assume complete responsibility for all expenses related to return shipments, customs fees, and handling charges if they decline to accept a package due to import duties or taxes.
